1. Principles<\/p>\n\n
The protection of the personal data of the tenants, as interested parties, is important for us and, therefore, we inform you that Elisa Breganze as Data Controller will provide for the processing in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n
2. Data being processed<\/p>\n\n
Identification, personal, fiscal data, telephone, e-mail, home or work address, banking or financial data.<\/p>\n\n
Failure to provide the data will not allow the signing and subsequent execution of the real estate rental contract with Elisa Breganze.<\/p>\n\n
3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing<\/p>\n\n
(a) Purposes connected to the signing and execution of the real estate rental contract for tourist use with Elisa Breganze and related and instrumental to the same such as communications with the tenants, administrative and accounting management of the booking, assistance during the tourist stay, communications and periodic updates relating to to tourist rentals and anything else provided for by the Regulation; the processing of data is necessary to fulfill the contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations imposed by the Authority pursuant to 6 (1) (b) GDPR. <\/p>\n\n
(b) Marketing Purposes; The data processing takes place after obtaining consent pursuant to art. 6 (1) 6 (1) (a) GDPR; consent is optional and does not prejudice the signing and subsequent execution of the real estate rental contract for tourist use with Elisa Breganze; the marketing purpose may concern:<\/p>\n\n
b.1. promotions regarding the various tourist rental formulas or other ancillary services, also depending on the season and type of accommodation;<\/p>\n\n
b.2. promotions regarding the various types of tourist rentals or other ancillary services, also depending on the season and type of accommodation.<\/p>\n\n
(c) Profiling purposes; the data processing takes place after obtaining consent pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR \u2013 consent is optional and does not prejudice the signing and subsequent execution of the real estate rental contract for tourist use with Elisa Breganze.<\/p>\n\n
(d) Purpose of safeguarding Elisa Breganze; the data processing takes place for the legitimate interest of Elisa Breganze pursuant to art. 6 (1) (f), provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested party do not prevail. <\/p>\n\n
4. Revocation of consent<\/p>\n\n
The consent to marketing and\/or profiling given at the time of booking or signing the real estate rental contract for tourist use with Elisa Breganze can be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation and without prejudice to the continuation of the rental tourist.<\/p>\n\n
5. Recipients of the data<\/p>\n\n
The data may be processed by employees or collaborators of the Data Controller appointed as data processors or by companies that carry out outsourced activities, including the management of the website or cloud computing services, external suppliers, professionals or consultants.<\/p>\n\n
Personal data will not be disclosed.<\/p>\n\n
6. Data transfer abroad<\/p>\n\n
The data will be processed within the EU and in particular in Italy. In the event of variations and\/or if a transfer to other non-EU countries is necessary, reference will be made to countries for which an adequacy decision exists and prior information will be given. <\/p>\n\n
7. Retention period<\/p>\n\n
The data collected will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the specific processing purposes described in the previous art. 3, unless shorter or longer retention periods apply pursuant to law.<\/p>\n\n
With particular regard to marketing and\/or profiling purposes, the data collected will be retained for a period not exceeding 24 (twenty-four) and 12 (twelve) months respectively from registration.<\/p>\n\n
In the event of cancellation or cancellation of the tourist rental booking, the personal data will be retained for exclusive administrative purposes and processing will cease for any other formality, for a period of three months, without prejudice to legal obligations for the conservation of accounting documentation.<\/p>\n\n

9. Rights of the interested party<\/p>\n\n
With reference to the personal data provided, the interested party may exercise the following rights:<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 the right to ask the Data Controller for access and portability of personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their processing;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 the right to revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 right to learn, on the part of the Data Controller and without justified delay, of a violation of personal data likely to present a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons (art. 34 GDPR).<\/p>\n\n
Requests should be sent to the email address info@terrazzafelice.it; any request to delete the profile will result in the immediate deletion of the personal data provided.<\/p>\n\n
